The coordinator really pushes same-day booking hard lol I seriously experienced a whole new world of price changes lol And the women at the front desk smiled a lot and were kind, so I felt comfortable. They also talked with patients who came in after nose surgery as if they were close cousins, so I thought, ah, even if I’m not happy after surgery, I could come back and speak up comfortably.
