First of all, the director is very kind Professional, and he clearly tells me exactly what I want But even though I had a reservation, I waited an hour and a half^^ I hate waiting the most And overall the staff looked frazzled and the place felt chaotic The clinic facilities seem good They do push functional nose surgery a bit After the consultation, I didn't want to do septum surgery anymore, so I asked if I could do it without that part, and they said no
