The staff felt a bit blunt, but the director was kind and explained lots of things well. I got a revision-surgery consultation, and I liked how they pointed out exactly what was lacking in my first surgery and explained how they would improve it. They also did a Photoshop simulation, and I liked how it looked, but I’m worried because I don’t know if that shape can really be achieved with my nose now..
