Like in other review posts, I was left thinking, so are they telling me to do it or not? They told me not to do it. They seemed conservative and to pursue an extremely natural look. I mentioned that I had a complex about something I have, and they said that even now it is fine, so think about what exactly I want to change and come back. It seemed like surgery would only be possible if the desired direction matched. They did not seem to understand the points and needs I wanted very well. Naturalness and being conservative are strengths.
