I had an in-out fold done 9 years ago, and I’m satisfied with my eye line now. But the right side of the inner corner was opened too much, while the left side was only partially opened.. I got stressed out and eventually had medial canthoplasty reversal recently. Still, fortunately, there was no scar from the inner corner surgery, so I’m satisfied with that at least.
