The consultation manager was seriously unfriendly. This hospital is ruined because of the consultation managers. Maybe because they do well with foreign customers, their service mindset is zero. Even if I had really planned to do it here, after the consultation all thoughts disappeared. I've been to many hospitals, but I've never seen such a careless and rude place. She's not a doctor and not even an operating room nurse, so if that were the case she'd be in a service job, and they should really give service training. It seems like being a consultation manager at Jeongwon is such a cushy job^^
