The first time I went, I was thinking about nose surgery, but they also recommended eyes, so it seems they have a very clear ideal in mind... I was lucky I was firm about not wanting eye surgery, but if I had even a little interest, I might have been tempted and done both at once At first I was satisfied with the nose surgery, but lately I have been worrying whether it might be a side effect.
