It's been 4 years since my surgery, and I'm still satisfied. What I especially still remember is that the director was very honest during the consultation, which I liked. People usually don't say things like, “you probably don't need to do this,” but he said that, so I had the procedure at this hospital. And the consultation manager was so kind. It was my first surgery, so I was really scared and nervous, but she took good care of me by my side until the end, which I really appreciated.
