The hospital isn't factory-like, but the chief manager was way too pushy about recommending surgery. The consultation with the director was really good, but the manager's attitude took away some of the good impression. If it weren't for that, this would have been a clinic where I wanted to go ahead with surgery right away because the director's consultation was so good. It's not easy to decide on surgery immediately, so I wish the manager had let me leave a little more comfortably.
