This was my second lip filler, and at the first clinic they used anesthetic cream plus nerve anesthesia, so it didn't hurt at all. When the filler was injected into the inner part of my lips where the anesthetic cream doesn't spread well, it hurt a lot.. Maybe it's because I don't handle pain very well.. The shape and volume are good!
