Recommended if you want a natural look. At other hospitals, I was recommended silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage, so I had already given up on going implant-free. But here they recommended preserving the nasal bridge and refining the overall shape, including the hump and nostrils. That gave me confidence when they said it would mean fewer side effects.. It may not be 100% to my liking, but it feels like a place that thinks about future side effects too.
