I went because I really, really wanted nose surgery lol I have a bulbous nose and basically just soft flesh, with no bridge at all. But because my face is round, they absolutely wouldn’t do it, saying surgery would ruin the balance. I kept begging them to do it lol but they still wouldn’t lol They’re conscientious It’s not about the money; if it doesn’t look severe to them or isn’t something that affects daily life, they won’t do it.
