The consultation lasted almost 30 minutes. They looked at the CT images and checked what the current condition of my nose was like, and how correcting a bulbous nose could be improved, so it felt very professional. They also looked at the inside structure and shape of my nose with a nasal endoscope. They said my septal cartilage is rather weak, so instead of using septal cartilage, they would use donated rib cartilage as support and use ear cartilage to shape a rounded nasal tip. They said that if ear cartilage is used, they would make a mold of the shape to prevent it from twisting. I got the feeling they would refine it into a slim shape nicely, so my expectations were high.
