At the large hospital they wanted to do a three-feature doll line with contouring, at the medium-sized hospital they said my lower face was too small and did not recommend facial contouring, but when I came here they said they could create a 1:1:1 ratio from the forehead to the chin tip with genioplasty, so even though it was more than twice the price of the large hospital, I decided to have the surgery. The doctor clearly has his own aesthetic preference (not angular, not a doll line) and seems to pursue a naturally actor-like look. He also said that if he did the surgery, my face would absolutely not sag. My facial line became naturally smaller with less empty space, but I do not recommend the nose. Since I thought I should do everything at once while lying down, I went for it (the bridge is natural, but the tip feels too upturned..). The staff were all kind as well. But it was a major surgery, so it was very hard and painful. I don't think I could ever do it again....
