The director was kind and explained things well. I was recommended a long-curved square jaw reduction and a chin advancement procedure. The consultation manager was also very pretty and kind, but the way she asked questions and explained things gave a bit of a beginner vibe. The director seems to prefer a slightly forward-projecting underbite-like chin, so I didn't choose it, but looking at the before-and-after photos, it seemed like he was good at surgery.
