It had been almost 10 years, and my tip started lifting, so I looked into a revision. At the other places I got consultations, they also said it wasn't contracture, so that was a relief. This was the only place that suggested a semi-upturned line. I had thought it was a straight line all along, so that was why more of my nostrils showed from the front, I guess... Looking back, back then there wasn't even a concept like straight-upturned, so I probably just wanted it higher. The director said my midface is relatively long, so if the tip is lowered, the front view will improve and I might like the line more, but in the end it would be a difference only I would notice, so others might not realize it. (But that's exactly what I want, lol) They said it could give a long-nose impression, but not a droopy, weak look, so I think it feels more refined, which is why I'm considering it here.
