I had a consultation, and the staff were kind. The director was kind too. They examined me with a CT scan, told me that my nose was slightly crooked, and the doctor explained how the surgery would be done. He said there wasn't much septal cartilage, so they would extend it with mesh and cover it with ear cartilage on top. I have some resistance to mesh, so I'm considering it. From the way they spoke, I felt a lot of confidence in how they shape the nose tip, so I trusted them.
