First of all, the director was really kind!! It felt a bit like our dad being gentle and warm, hahaha. I think his manner of speaking was really nice. I also liked that the consultation was done with a CT scan, so this was one of the places I had high expectations for!! I wish there were more brochures with pre-op photos.
