This was one of the places I visited while shopping around. The director was not the warm type, but I still got the impression that he had a fair amount of professionalism. Still, I liked that during the consultation, he explained step by step about our current nose shape and the shape it would change into. The staff were just average. Not extremely kind, not extremely unfriendly, right in the middle. Still, it wasn't uncomfortable. The facilities were clean, so that was nice~^^
