Looking back now, I think they gave me a very accurate diagnosis, so I’m leaving this here! My close friend had an incision method surgery here in her early twenties, and I watched her for more than a year until things settled down and seemed okay, so I went for a consultation about 7 years ago. My friend says she regrets that the crease is low for someone who had surgery, but she’s a beauty influencer with 100,000 followers, and even if she tries to pass herself off as a natural beauty, people don’t seem to notice..haha Anyway, the reason this stuck with me was that when the doctor examined me, he first said that a buried suture method might be okay. But then he had me open and close my eyes, kept adjusting the line this way and that for a while, and said that if I did buried sutures, I’d probably need another surgery when I got older, so I should do incision method instead. I was 26 at the time, and since I knew my friend had gone around for a long time with intense-looking eyes after her incision surgery, I thought maybe incision could wait until I was older, so I passed. I didn’t tell them during the consultation that I had used double eyelid tape, but thinking about it now, I was surprised at how they predicted it and examined me.. Except for Anseong Plastic Surgery and the hospital where my younger sister had surgery, every place I went to, including hospitals that had events on the app or places often mentioned here for pretty eyes and noses, said buried sutures would be enough. Ah, the doctor wasn’t very gentle. The clinic facility felt outdated, so I wondered if this was really Apgujeong... I don’t know what it’s like now, but I hope this helps~
