I had a nasolabial fold procedure. Since they said they mostly use domestic product, and imported one is too expensive, I chose the domestic one with retouch included. Wow... they prepared with surgery-level thoroughness, and they didn't come near my face with their hands. I was scared they might touch me, so they were extremely careful, saying things like, 'Oh no! Don't touch your face, it'll contaminate it~' But there is a reason they go that far. That's the proper standard. For reference, nasolabial fold filler is done under local anesthesia. Because it's injected above the muscle fascia, topical anesthesia won't work. It's day 3 now, and I still have swelling and a slight yellow bruise. I think I need to wait until the swelling goes down and see more.
