They tell you about the waiting time from the time you book, so I went in already knowing it. Because of that, I just waited while checking my phone and watching reels after reading reviews, so the time passed surprisingly quickly. It's in the order of coordinator-director-coordinator, and the coordinator consultation wasn't meaningless or just an attempt to upsell; it had expertise and no pressure at all. The director consultation I had been looking forward to most was about eye structure and really knowledgeable about it.
