I showed them the eye shape I wanted, and they carefully explained whether it suited me or not, and if it did not, why it did not suit me, why my current eyes do not fit my face, and how this line was wrong. They recommended a line that harmonized with my face, and they pinched and checked it several times while trying to match the line I wanted as closely as possible. They definitely are not soft and gentle in 분위기, but they only said what was necessary and were honest, so the conversation felt comfortable.
