At first I was a little tense because of the atmosphere, but after talking with the director I realized he wasn’t the scary type, so I felt relieved... Since it’s a private clinic, there was a bit of a wait, which was disappointing but that couldn’t be helped, so I understood. The consultation atmosphere itself was just average, I guess. The director’s explanation felt appropriate, and the other staff were kind, so I didn’t feel like I was just being left waiting. They also took a CT first and talked based on that, and instead of only explaining the good points over and over, they were honest, which was surprising and nice
