First of all, both the manager and the director explained things so well that it really sank in and was easy to understand! They listened to me without interrupting, and the director wasn’t the type to just rattle off a long explanation, but kept checking my opinion and asked me a lot of questions, so it felt like they were paying close attention I liked it! They also honestly told me everything about the materials, like what options there were and what side effects could happen, all the way down to that kind of detail. Also, after surgery, they said they would keep following up without a separate aftercare period, which gave me a sense of responsibility, so I liked that and kept them on my list for now
