Even though it was a nose revision, I liked that they said they could use custom silicone to match the line I wanted as much as possible. They also carefully looked at the reference photos I brought. The director seemed a bit blunt? And the manager also explained things kindly, which I liked. Since it was a revision, I was very worried, but because they spoke so honestly, I actually felt more reassured.
