More than anything, I think the biggest advantage is that they can proceed with customized silicone. At first, when I asked whether a design I wanted might be possible with my current nose, they told me that even a line that felt like "Would this really work?" could be done with custom silicone. The director has many years of experience, so there were lots of reviews to refer to, which was really helpful. And naturally, that made it easier to trust them too...
