I had a consultation for revision surgery because there was a slight silicone show-through on the bridge of my nose. They said they would wrap it with temporal fascia for support, and because the columella was a bit disappointing too, they would add a little volume with ear cartilage. But since there were no functional problems with my nose right now, and I hadn’t had any serious side effects like asymmetry or necrosis, they advised against revision surgery! So for now I decided to drop the idea of surgery. The consultation was professional, and they had both aesthetic sense and the feeling of telling only the truth, so if I ever do revision surgery, I want to do it here.
