I got the price information as part of a review-condition consultation. The director was very kind, but the office manager had no role at all, even though it was a review-condition visit. There was no discount on the price at all, and they barely said anything. Literally, the director came in and left, while they just passed along the message and gave me the price information. The director was kind and tried to explain things in detail, but because they were explaining other things, I regret that I couldn't hear about the surgical method. It feels a bit lacking, but still trustworthy.
