I had to wait more than an hour past my reservation time, so I was a little disappointed, but the director looked over me thoroughly and asked several times if I had any questions, so all my questions were answered and it was a satisfying consultation! The head manager also tried to fit my situation as much as possible, and I was satisfied with the price too, so I decided to go ahead with the surgery
