The consultation manager speaks with an arrogant tone and seems like she doesn't want to talk much, and she's dismissive. When I was getting price calculations for several procedures, she tapped away at the calculator at a speed I couldn't even follow, and it felt like I was being forced into a conversation while holding up a busy person. For reference, other clinics write down each item and even note the dosage before giving me the price. The four stars I gave for consultation expertise are for the doctor's expertise, not the consultation manager's. The doctor is very kind and explains things clearly and step by step in an easy-to-understand way. He doesn't force anything either.
