I got a nose consultation with Director Seo. I had booked an appointment, but ended up waiting over an hour. Even so, I was disappointed by how little sincerity there was in the consultation. They didn't explain things well and, instead of considering the patient's needs, just glanced at me, gave an estimate, and that was it. They kept trying to add a rhinitis surgery here. The coordinator was extremely kind and explained things very well, but there was pressure to book. I had found this place as my top choice from a cosmetic surgery app, but after going around in person and having the consultation with the doctor, I was so disappointed that I felt the consultation fee here was wasted.
