First of all, the head manager was very kind and gave a strong sense of trust. The other front-desk staff also felt kind. He also emphasized that he himself had surgery from the director. To be honest, the doctor was a bit rigid and I felt the explanation was lacking. But there are too many bad reviews + the marketing is too intense, so this is a place I’d hesitate to get surgery at.
