First of all, Director Cha isn't particularly friendly lol. His tone is blunt and he gets irritated too. I didn't know what to do when he was getting annoyed and putting down a patient who came in for a revision consultation.. I was already mentally all over the place But he did seem professional. He pointed out the problem clearly and suggested a new direction, saying the one I had in mind wouldn't work. He also seems to pursue natural results as much as possible, so if you're undecided, I recommend going in for a consultation. Skill comes before friendliness
