I had surgery at a well-known hospital for outer and lower canthoplasty in 2020 after a recommendation from an acquaintance. I don't remember the details well, but now I'm living satisfied with the result. I remember that they had many cases of outer/lower canthoplasty and the consultation with the doctor felt specialized, so I trusted them. -Does outer/lower canthoplasty reattach?-What reattaches is scar tissue-like buildup, and that's a wrongly done surgery; what comes back up is 999% just swelling. After some swelling went down, it's now more lifted than when I thought it looked pretty. It looks very natural and doesn't show surgery at all. -Side effects? Not really, but after the outer/lower canthoplasty I had conjunctival inflammation? After that surgery, during recovery, there was a symptom where a yellow jelly-like thing would rise on the white of the eye. I can't remember the name. Anyway, that comes up once or twice a year when the seasons change. But that's because I rub my eyes hard I don't know if there are any modern people without dry eye. Just live using artificial tears everyone. -Would I want a revision? No. It has lifted a lot more than right after surgery, but even I can admit that based on my bone structure there isn't any extra room to pull it out farther or lower it more. I can feel that they opened it as much as possible within the limit to make it look good. If you want to widen it more than this, you'd have to expose the side of the eyeball too No scars, natural, and I'm living satisfied. My top pick for canthoplasty.
