I was glad they said they wouldn't use donated rib cartilage and would only use ear cartilage and the septum, but there are negative posts in the reviews, so I'm hesitating The consultation was overall good, and it seemed like they pursue a natural line. If you also want nostril reduction, they say to go ahead and do it... At other hospitals, I've heard a lot that it's better not to do it. They said artificial dermis or donated rib cartilage have a high absorption rate, so it's better not to use them.
