I had tip rhinoplasty a year and a half ago. Because my face is rather round, I first told them I was dissatisfied with the nose looking like it had a long columella, and they did a free follow-up correction six months later. Their aftercare is really good. I think it would be best to talk carefully with the director about the shape of your nose before getting surgery.
