I had some under-eye fat, and I wanted the area from under my eyes to the nasolabial folds to connect smoothly, so I had lower-eye fat repositioning + fat grafting. On day 11, the swelling near my eyes has all gone down, and the areas where I had fat grafting are still a bit hard and swollen. Maybe because of that, my under-eye area looks very sunken I think I probably need to watch it for another 2-3 weeks to see whether it will become natural as the swelling goes down or whether it really is a hollowing side effect, but seeing the sunken area in front of me makes me worried first sigh..... Please, please, I hope it settles naturally and well.. The line around the anterior cheekbones looks natural, but so far there is a big difference in volume between the under-eye area and the cheeks...
