When I first had nose surgery, I had an implant inserted, but a few years later I developed a symptom where the nasal tip turned red (I heard it was because the skin tissue covering the implant had become thin), so I had it removed. But then the hump nose that had been covered by the implant became noticeable again. However, in my case, my nasal bone looked uneven due to external irritation, and it was not a typical hump nose. (It was more difficult to operate on, and dangerous because the nasal bone could collapse while removing it.) In conclusion, this time I had surgery with the goal of shaving down the hump area of the nose a little, reducing the nostrils, and reusing the ear cartilage that had been used in my first surgery to shape the line so the nose would look a bit shorter (the goal was to go from a straight line to a semi-upturned line). The result is: there is no big difference in the hump, no major change in nostril size, but I’m grateful that both sides are symmetrical. The nasal bridge line did not become shorter, and the nasal tip became pointy... When I say the nasal tip became pointy, I mean an artificial pointiness when viewed from the side. But from the front, the nasal alae look thick. I want revision surgery...
