I spent more than 10 years thinking about nose surgery, and during that time I looked for a hospital more carefully and thoroughly, and then I found [Clinic A]. [Doctor A], who performed the surgery, checked the photos I wanted several times and designed it exactly the way I wanted. What I wanted was not an overly glamorous, upturned nose bridge. I wanted it to be raised naturally while keeping the nostrils looking round, and they did exactly that. I used autologous costal cartilage, and the height was built with silicone and septal cartilage. I am really satisfied. I feel almost resentful that I only met them and had it done now. If I ever have other surgeries or procedures, I want to get them all done at [Clinic A].
