BeforeBeforeThere are scabs so the photo is gross, but I’d really like serious advice.. I had surgery the day before yesterday, and only had the nasal tip done using septal cartilage. Yesterday after removing the cotton packing, I saw that both nostrils were way too swollen around the center line.. The shape is also an inverted triangle.. My nostrils before were just round, so I’m really shocked.. I’m curious and scared whether this is simple swelling or a surgical side effect It’s also so hard to breathe that I’m breathing through my mouth
