Is this level of under-eye fat repositioning considered successful?

At some point, my husband started looking like the area under his eyes was puffy and hollowed, but he himself didn’t seem to care much about it. I kept noticing it, so I looked into clinics and suggested we go for a consultation, and we ended up going together to Director Kim Yang-seok at Onyu. After the consultation, we were told it wasn’t just a problem of under-eye fat, but that the area overall looked slightly sunken, which made it appear even more protruded. They said that in cases like this, it’s not enough to just tidy up the fat, and that it’s important to also supplement the hollowed areas. They recommended doing fat grafting together with under-eye fat repositioning, saying it would likely look much better. At first, we also considered whether lower blepharoplasty might be better, but the director personally pulled the skin with his hands and showed us about how much change there would be. Since his skin wasn’t very saggy, it seemed like under-eye fat repositioning alone would be enough. With this much of a before-and-after difference, would you say it was successful..? Personally, I’m satisfied because my husband looks much less tired, and the area looks naturally cleaned up. I think it’s been about a month since the surgery.
