I went because I was concerned about my cheekbones, but they recommended cheekbones + square jaw surgery as part of the overall balance. They said since my bones are on the larger side, my masseter muscles were probably large too, so we talked in the direction of doing masseter reduction and cortical bone osteotomy as well. The consultation wasn’t extremely long; I think it was about 15 minutes. The doctor touched my face, diagnosed it, said everything that needed to be said, took a few questions, and that was it. I asked whether the unevenness of my face was fat or bone, and they said it was a complex face. The consultant also listened well and was kind,, I was also recommended nose surgery lol.. I didn’t have surgery here, but I liked the director’s aesthetic, so I was considering it until the very end.
