Both the consultant and the director felt kind and calm. They made recommendations similar to other clinics, without excessive upselling. Since I had been recommended lower and outer canthoplasty elsewhere, I asked whether it would be okay not to have lower and outer canthoplasty, and they said that doing it would make too much of the red tissue show, so there was no need. They honestly told me things like, since my eyes are already suitable for a non-incisional method, there was no need to go as far as an incision while taking unnecessary risks. I also brought photos of eyes, and they explained carefully how much could be achieved with my eyes, which eye among the photos mine would most closely resemble, and so on. If the eye shape I wanted was not possible, they explained why based on the structure of my eyes, so it made sense to me. I also liked that they checked the eyelid line several times.
