My nasal tip was extended and lowered using the nasal septum, and silicone was used for the nasal bridge. I’m a man, and I didn’t want it to look obvious that I had plastic surgery, so I had it done very naturally. For 5 years, not a single person noticed. After the surgery, I think I heard that I was handsome hundreds of times. (Only from people I met for the first time, excluding acquaintances around me.)
