Everyone~ when you assess a doctor’s experience, do you calculate it by looking at the date on their medical license? Or do you judge by their specialist certificate?
The place I’m looking at says medical license in 2009, and they obtained their plastic surgery specialist certificate in 2014. Which one are you supposed to judge by?
