I'm thinking about removal because the silicone is showing through and the nasal tip is showing through too.. I currently have an I-shaped silicone implant and ear cartilage in place. Does cartilage repositioning mean repositioning the cartilage originally inside the nose? Or does it also mean repositioning the ear cartilage that was in there? I want to keep the nasal tip, but I'm worried because it's showing through..
