It’s been 8 months since my first surgery, and I had silicone + nasolabial angle correction + columella lowering + bulbous nose correction done. But they lowered the columella too much, so now it actually kind of feels like a droopy nose, and I want revision surgery. I like the glabella area where the silicone was placed. Would it be possible to open only the nasal tip and just have columella surgery and raise the nasal tip? I was curious before going for a hospital consultation, so I’m leaving this post
