It was a dermatology clinic I had been going to for a long time, so I didn’t really look into it and just got jaw Botox on impulse! Since jaw Botox is naturally unlikely to have no effect... my strong jaw muscles did shrink, but the clinic had set the jaw Botox interval at around 6 months. I heard that in your early 20s, getting it once a year is usually the standard, but of course I didn’t know that at the time, so I went back 6 months later and got it again. After that, I kind of felt like my face became a bit peanut-shaped, and I did get some cheek hollowness... but they were kind, and from the perspective of someone who was stressed about jaw muscles, it was okay.
