I had a scarless baby-face philtrum reduction together with my nose. First of all, the result is that I feel like I’m going to die because I can’t turn back time. The columellar base flesh disappeared, so my nostrils became straight like an electrical outlet, and my nose is completely upturned. My nostril wings drooped horribly, and I don’t look human. I look like an orc. Why did I do this? That’s all I think about all day. People around me comfort me by saying let’s find another way, but if philtrum reduction really means removing the columellar base flesh, I do not recommend it. Absolutely not.
